I was listening to one of my favorite KCRW radio shows (GOOD FOOD) recently and they got my mouth watering with talk of the PERFECT Daiquiri on a warm Los Angeles day.
The Daiquiri is a classic and sooo simple to make. What could be better for the 3 day weekend just around the corner?!
2 oz white rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 tsp spoons of superfine sugar
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and give it a very rigorous shake in the tin. They mentioned straining the cocktail only once to keep some small flecks of ice on top.
