I saw this tasty little number by Emeril Lagasse on Good Morning America. I may have to add a shot of Vodka to it 😉
2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
8 ounces lemonade
Combine the peaches, ginger, and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
Combine 2 tablespoons of the peach puree with the lemonade and ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake well to combine. Strain the mixture over crushed ice in two tall glasses, and serve immediately.
