[NEW ALBUM] MAROON 5 REVEALS OVEREXPOSED ALBUM COVER
Check out Maroon 5’s album cover for their fourth studio album, Overexposed, dropping on June 26th. Talk about a crazy cover art! Well at least we know it’s going to be an AWESOME pop album because Max Martin is the executive producer on it. Overexposed will include OTHER incredible producers like Ryan Tedder (Grammy winner) and Benny Blanco (Madonna, Katy Perry, Britney Spears). In fact, we’ll get a dose of what the album will sound like when the first single “Payphone” premieres on The Voice tomorrow. We’ll try to snag a download for you guys when it becomes available. Here’s an excerpt of what Adam Levine has to say about the new album.
Overexposed will be “one of our most diverse and poppiest albums yet,” according to frontman Adam Levine. “‘Moves Like Jagger’ was the first time we ever worked with an outside writer, so we decided to try it some more on this record. “At this point in our career I think it was a good thing to completely mix up our process and it yielded good results, as well as a more collaborative spirit within the band. We wanted to make something that sounded contemporary with the elements of a lot of early eras of pop music. This is our most ‘pop’ record ever and we weren’t shy about really going for it.”
