RATING:  NR

RUNNING TIME:  139 Mins

THE GOOD:  This film was a joint venture between Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany.  It is Scandinavia’s most expensive film ever produced.

The film features a high-end international cast.

All languages are represented (Swedish, English, Arabic, French and Latin) as they should be and this gives a new found reality to this fictional tale.

THE BAD:  Some questions are never answered… and that always bothers me. And some of the drama can seem like a soap opera.  But the good out weights the bad.  And there is plenty good here.

THE UGLY:  Small subtitles…  I had to sit two feet away from my 32” flat screen in order to read them.

MY SCORE:  ****
