DIRECTOR: Neil Blomkamp

THE GOOD: Should all citizens have equal rights when it comes to health care? That is the question Director Neil Blomkamp is asking in the follow-up to his impressive 2009 film about apartheid, DISTRICT 9.
Of course any decent person would know the answer to that question, which is clearly yes.
Unfortunately, our world is filled with wealthy people who have no decency; hence the importance of this film and its message.
THE BAD: Jodie Foster who played an impressive baddie in 2006’s INSIDE MAN fails to impress here… Unfortunately, her role is not only slight, but underdeveloped.
THE UGLY: They used a Mexican dump to portray a ruined earth….
